In the Town of Plymouth, the Average Days on Market have increased however the number of homes SOLD in June has also increased. Sellers are are still continuing to place their homes on the market as we continue into Summer. The Average Sale Price has decreased slightly from $433,000 in May.
In the Town of Hingham, the amount of available inventory has continued to increase offering more variety to potential Buyers. The Average Days on Market has decreased slightly as well as the number of homes SOLD in June vs. May.
In the Town of Scituate, home sales have increased since May with 34 homes SOLD in June. The Average Days on Market has decreased which indicates there were more serious buyers in the month of June.
In the Town of Marshfield, the Average Days on Market for the month of May has increased by nearly 50%. Average Sale Prices have also dropped from $534,000 in May to $469,000 in June. Available inventory in Marshfield is also decreasing which tells us that the market is slowing down.
In the Town of Kingston, available inventory remains consistent however the Average Days on Market have decreased by nearly 50% which indicates that the overall market in Kingston has picked up in the month of June.
In the Town of Duxbury, the Average Sale Price of homes sold in May has increased by nearly $200k. Available inventory remains steady as well as the number of homes SOLD.
In the Town of Norwell, the number of homes SOLD has increased as well as the Average Days on Market. Additionally the Average Sale Price has gone up by $200k!
In the Town of Cohasset, more properties SOLD during the month of June vs. May. Properties were selling at a much faster pace in June than they did in May with a large decrease in the Average Days on Market! The Average Sale Price has decreased slightly taking the average out of the million dollar range.
In the Town of Hanover, the Average Days on Market has continued to decrease showing that buyers are serious and ready to purchase. The Average Sale Price of properties in Hanover have remained fairly consistent - within the high $500k range.
In the Town of Hull, the current amount of inventory has increased over the last 30 days. The Average Days on Market are remaining at just over 1 month which tells us that the market is remaining steady. The Average Sale Price however, has dropped from the $600k range in May to the $400k.
In the Town of Bourne, home sales are slowing down as the Average Days on Market have increased by more than 50%. The Average Sale Price has also increased since May.
In the Town of Sandwich, the amount of available inventory has remained consistent which shows that homes are still entering the market and selling at a faster pace in June.
In the Town of Mashpee, the Average Sale Price has increased drastically from $544k to $767k. The Average Sale price has increased which has resulted in the Average Days on Market to increase as well (From 59 in May).
In the Town of Falmouth, homes have continued to sell at a good pace in fact Average Days on Market have decreased from 87 in May to 67 in June. Available inventory is averaging the same month over month.
In the Town of Chatham, the Average Days on Market remains over 3 months as it did in May. The Average Sale Price being has decreased from over a million in May to the $900k range in June.
In the Town of Yarmouthport, properties are selling in just over a month and a half on the market. Available inventory has remained consistent and the number of homes SOLD has nearly doubled from May to June.
