In the town of Duxbury, the Average Sale Price has decreased by over $200,000. Additionally, the Average Days on Market have increased which shows that the market has slowed down throughout the beginning of Winter.
In the town of Norwell, the Average Sale Price of homes increased while the number of homes sold decreased.
In the town of Cohasset, sales and inventory have remained consistent.
In the town of Hanover, the Average Days on Market have decreased from 87 to 64 while the Average Sale Price has increased.
In the town of Sandwich, inventory is still selling fairly quickly through the winter months. There is still plenty of inventory available which is great news for serious buyers in the market right now.
In the town of Mashpee, there continues to be a good amount of available inventory for sale.
In the town of Falmouth, homes continue to sell at a good pace which shows that the Falmouth market is holding strong through Winter.
