In the Town of Plymouth, the Average Days on Market have decreased from 89 in November to 56 in December. The number of homes SOLD has increased in December which indicates that serious buyers are still active even with the holidays. The Average Sale Price had a slight decrease from $458k in November.
In the Town of Hingham, the amount of available inventory has continued to decrease throughout the month of December. The Average Days on Market have remained consistent from November to December. However, the Average Sale price has increased from $873k in November to $1mil in December.
In the Town of Scituate, the Average Sale Price has decreased by $147,000 in the month of December. The Average Days on Market have increased back up to 112 from 94 in November which shows us that homes are selling slower than they were in November. The number of homes SOLD has increased as the month of December came to a close which shows us that serious buyers are still looking for a home seriously.
In the Town of Marshfield, the Average Days on Market has decreased slightly which tells us that homes were selling at a faster rate in December. The Average Sale Price has decreased by $115,000 in December vs. November. There has been a slight decrease in the number of current homes for sale since November.
In the Town of Kingston, available inventory has remained fairly consistent month over month as 2019 came to an end. The Average Days on Market have remained fairly consistent from 56 in November to 61 in December. The Average Sale Price increased by $20,000 in December and the # of new offerings decreased.
In the Town of Duxbury, the Average Sale Price of homes sold in December increased by $56,000 from November. Available inventory has continued to decrease as well as the number of homes SOLD through the month of December.
In the Town of Norwell, the number of homes SOLD has continued to remain consistent since October. This shows that the market is still moving slow as we continue into January. The number of current homes for sale has decreased from November to December by nearly 50%.
In the Town of Cohasset, the Average Sale Price has remained consistent at $1.3M. The Average Days on Market have decreased which indicates that buyers are serious as we continue into January.
In the Town of Hanover, the number of homes SOLD have remained consistent month over month. The Average Days on Market have slightly increased showing that homes are still selling but have slowed down a bit in December.
In the Town of Pembroke, the amount of new offerings in the last 30 days has continued to decrease which tells us that homes are entering the market at a slower pace. The Average Days on Market have increased from 46 in November to 70 in December and the Average Sale Price has increased by $55,000 in December.
In the Town of Hull, the number of homes SOLD has increased as well as the Average Sale Price from $525k in November vs. $647k in December. The Average Days on Market have decreased which shows us the market was still active even through the busy holiday time of December.
In the Town of Bourne, the amount of available inventory has remained consistent since November which shows that homes are still entering the market consistently. The number of homes SOLD in December decreased from November which shows us a slower market in Bourne. The Average Sale Price has also decreased from November to December by $74,000 .
In the Town of Sandwich, the Average Days on Market has decreased from 98 to 81 days. The number of homes SOLD has increased very slightly from November however, the Average Sale Price has remained the same.
In the Town of Mashpee, the Average Sale Price has decreased slightly in the month of December. The Average Days on Market increased which means that sales in Mashpee have slowed down as 2019 came to a close. The number of homes SOLD increased from November to December which tells us buyers are still active and ready to pursue the purchase of a home.
In the Town of Falmouth, the Average Sale price has continued to increase through the month of December. The Average Days on Market have decreased slightly and the number of homes sold has increased by nearly 50% which shows a strong market in Falmouth during the end of 2019.
In the Town of Chatham, home sales remained consistent from October through November with a slight increase in the month of December. The Average Sale Price has decreased from $917k to $898k. The Average Days on Market have decreased from November showing that the slowing market picked up slightly at the end of 2019.
In the Town of Yarmouthport, properties are selling at a consistent rate. The Average Days on Market have increased significantly from 44 in November to 67 in December. The current available inventory has remained fairly consistent throughout December vs. November.
