Sandy and his wife Karen reached out to Susana back in January to begin the process of relocating and purchasing a home on the East Coast. They were moving from California and ready to experience the beauty of New England's South Shore. Their one major request was oceanfront! Susana began to tour homes on their behalf while they were still residing in California and when 11 Provincetown View Rd became publicly available she hosted a virtual tour of her newest listing. It was a WINNER! This was the home that Sandy and Karen fell in love with! They appreciated the gorgeous views of the Atlantic ocean and the private access to their beach.
