Dear Buyer,

27 Copper Lantern Drive presented everything we could have wanted in a home for our growing family.

When we moved in, the neighborhood was still being built, and we could sense the potential it had as our neighbors started moving into their homes over the first year.

As we now move on, the Sandy Pines neighborhood is in its element, full of life, and the memories we have created everyday will forever be cherished.

You can always find a friend at our community playground, the central hub of our neighborhood: sledding in the winter, playing games around the cul de sac in the summer, the kids scootering around together, and endless laughter.

We spent many of our mornings and evenings walking around these beautiful neighborhoods with our golden retrievers: the sunset reflects beautifully on our quiet private road, where you can hear the birds chirping, smell someone grilling in the distance, and feel the peace of being among nature.

Time slows down when you return to Copper Lantern from the short drive to Cedarville & Route 3 - quick access to the Sagamore Bridge lets you skip all the cape traffic, quick access to the train gets you to Boston efficiently - and a short stroll to Atlantic Golf Club, a short ride to Hedges Pond or Scusset Beach allows full access to every mode of living.

Our backyard was our sanctuary, with our chickens pecking around, the dogs lying around, and many relaxing fires at our firepit. We had abundant space for any yard game- running around with our daughters and dogs or slowing down the pace and gardening or doing lawn work. Our space is completely private and provides gate access to our adjacent neighborhood.

Most importantly, our memories reside with the welcoming layout of our brand new home - a home that welcomed two beautiful baby girls and gave them a warm space to grow and develop. We remember walking into our living room around the holidays, the electric fireplace glowing in the background with Home Alone on TV. The girls always had a large space to play in our other living space, both with close access to the heart of the home, our kitchen and dining space.

To not worry about house fixes, minor or major, while starting a family is a fortune we are always grateful for. We could focus on the important things in life, knowing that the house is brand new and well built.

Our upstairs provided our own large private space with the Master suite - room for our king bed, our home office, a shared large walk-in closet, another side storage closet, and a large full bath. It gave us the luxury of having our own area even when we had long term in-laws in our guest room!

The last thing we will always remember is painting and meticulously setting up our first daughter's room for her birth during our first month in this home. She was born less than a month into our move-in, and the comfort of her nursery, pink with magic sprinkled around, allowed her to enter this world with the love of her own special place.

We feel that passing this house along will provide new beautiful memories to another family. We hope that the love we have put into our home will carry its way into your mornings on the deck as the birds rise, your days walking the private street, your evenings grilling in the backyard with the sun setting, and your nights all together - resting to do it all over again.

With love & good wishes for your family,
